Job Summary

FALCONS GT MOTORS FZCO is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reception and Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining a professional and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive first impression of our company.
  • Administrative Support: Assist in managing the reception area, including maintaining office supplies, coordinating schedules, and performing various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Communication: Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of client information and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a reception or administrative role.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office, excellent communication and organizational skills.
