Responsibilities:

  • Enhance revenue across online retail platforms such as Amazon and Noon.
  • Establish, maintain, and expand our digital footprint on global marketplaces.
  • Drive sales and increase traffic on the corporate website through effective conversion techniques.
  • Manage online store setup, content creation, data analysis, marketing, utilization of in-platform tools, order management, and fulfillment.
  • Handle brand registry, FBA account management, and oversee unauthorized seller issues.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team or oversee digital marketers to enhance quality and traffic acquisition.
  • Partner with eCommerce collaborators to develop product lines and work closely with the Brand, Marketing, and eCommerce teams to ensure successful product launches.
  • Focus on improving website traffic.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends and technologies to enhance website performance.
  • Utilize data, information systems, and metrics related to commercial brands and shopper trends to boost profitability, market share, and sales.
  • Plan a marketing calendar to enhance quality and traffic acquisition.
  • Ensure timely processing and response to customer inquiries.
  • Analyze various data sets to deliver data-driven strategies aimed at achieving top performance and meeting KPIs.
  • Directly manage digital marketing channels including PPC, SEO, display advertising, affiliate marketing, email marketing, and social media.
  • Oversee website updates and landing page development.
  • Report on performance metrics.
  • Experience in developing and managing eCommerce and CRM strategies.
  • Drive eCommerce sales performance.
  • Collaborate with eCommerce partners to develop product ranges and ensure successful launches.
  • Possess strong eCommerce knowledge, with a highly analytical mindset and familiarity with eCommerce practices.
  • Effectively track and report consumer data insights and learnings.
  • Take ownership of key customer accounts and nurture smaller accounts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related discipline.
  • 2-3 years of experience in FMCG products and brands on leading marketplaces.
  • Experience in selling on Amazon UAE and Noon.

Must Have Experience:

  • E-commerce experience in the food industry (minimum 2 years).
  • Experience with selling on Amazon UAE and Noon.

Job Type: Full-time
