Your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue across our three business segments: Equipment, Nutrition, and Education. You will be instrumental in executing our e-commerce strategy, ensuring the smooth functioning of our online stores, and improving the digital shopping experience for our clientele. The ideal candidate should possess a robust background in sports retail, fitness, or wellness, along with practical experience in e-commerce systems, digital marketing, and online marketplace oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
E-Commerce Platform Oversight: Supervise the daily operations of our e-commerce platforms, including Shopify and various online marketplaces.
Product Oversight: Guarantee precise product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory management across all digital channels.
SEO & SEM Management: Formulate and execute SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings and boost online visibility. Oversee SEM campaigns utilizing platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads to drive traffic and conversions.
Website Administration: Manage the company’s website concerning content, design, plugin integration, and API connections. Expertise in UI/UX design is preferred.
Digital Marketing Execution: Strategize and implement digital marketing initiatives, including social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing to promote products and increase sales.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of online sales channels using analytics tools to measure KPIs and refine strategies for improved outcomes.
Customer Experience Enhancement: Improve the online customer journey by optimizing website navigation, checkout processes, and customer service interactions.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about the latest e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive advantage.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align e-commerce strategies with overall business objectives.
Reporting: Deliver regular reports on e-commerce performance, including sales metrics, traffic statistics, conversion rates, and ROI.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably within the sports retail, fitness, or wellness sectors.
Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Shopify, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other e-commerce tools and platforms.
Digital Marketing Acumen: Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing strategies, including PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing.
