Key Responsibilities

  • Foster strategic partnerships with key clients to drive business growth and revenue
  • Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to improve product appeal and online shopping experience
  • Lead the development and optimization of e-commerce-focused advertising and promotional strategies
  • Monitor and analyze commercial performance, market share, and advertising/promotional effectiveness
  • Collaborate with the global e-commerce community to leverage expertise and tools
  • Oversee the setup and improvement of business usability and performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field
  • More than 10 years of work experience, with at least 4-5 years of e-commerce leadership experience in a marketplace (Amazon, Rakuten, etc.) for consumer goods
  • Practical experience in e-commerce advertising, promotion, and performance tracking
  • Experience in managing marketing or digital/e-commerce teams
  • Prior people management experience
  • Proficient in data and tools (Analytics, Profitero, Nint, etc.)
  • Business-level written and verbal English and Japanese
