Key ResponsibilitiesOperations
  • Regularly visit suppliers to purchase various products, ensuring timely and efficient procurement.
  • Daily packing of products at the warehouse to ensure efficient organization and timely order fulfillment, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Resolve product exchanges and returns by personally visiting customers and suppliers, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly.
Logistics
  • Facilitate daily drop-offs with couriers and coordinate courier collections from the warehouse, optimizing delivery efficiency and ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Deposit of cash from couriers to ensure timely and secure handling of financial transactions, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Database Update and Online Activities
  • Maintain daily records by tracking invoices and creating airway bills, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of transactions.
  • Ensure the Shopify dashboard is updated with the latest fulfillment information, providing real-time visibility into order processing and fulfillment.

Requirements

  • Hindi language proficiency for communication with suppliers and customers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • UAE Driving License, ensuring the ability to travel to suppliers and customers as needed.
  • Own a car, ensuring reliable transportation to and from work.

  • Ability to handle work under pressure, ensuring the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
