Talent Pal is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our digital commerce team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our e-commerce platforms to ensure a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to drive online sales growth, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and other digital marketing techniques.

• Monitor and analyze website performance, customer behavior, and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create compelling content and promotions that resonate with our target audience.

• Oversee inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and technologies to keep our online presence competitive.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in the display or electronics industry.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
