Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and Seating Guests: Greet guests as they enter the restaurant, provide menus, and answer any initial questions to ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Table Management: Seat guests at tables or in waiting areas, and assign guests to tables they prefer while maintaining a balanced table rotation to ensure servers receive the right number of customers.
