**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Office Administrator/Executive Assistant with a strong foundation in human resource management to join our team. In this multifaceted role, you will play a vital role in maintaining efficient office operations, providing indispensable support to our executives, and contributing to HR-related initiatives. Your organizational skills, attention to detail, and HR expertise will contribute to our success in delivering top-notch services to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Office Administration**:Manage day-to-day office operations, including coordinating schedules, managing supplies, and maintaining a tidy workspace.

Greet visitors and ensure a welcoming and professional environment.
Assist in planning and executing company events, meetings, and workshops.
- **Executive Assistance**:Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling travel arrangements.

Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- **Human Resource Management**:Assist in recruitment efforts by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.

Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing team members.
Assist in maintaining HR records, including employee data, performance evaluations, and training records.
Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement, benefits administration, and compliance.

**Qualifications**:

- **Proven Experience**: Minimum of 2 years' experience in office administration or executive assistant roles, with a focus on human resource management.
- **HR Expertise**: Familiarity with HR processes, recruitment, onboarding, and basic employment law.
- **Organizational Skills**: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various tasks and priorities.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous approach to tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all aspects of work.
- **Tech Savvy**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR software and tools.
- **Discretion**: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential HR information with professionalism and integrity.
