**RESPONSIBILITIES**
We are looking for an enthusiastic teammate who is keen to learn more about FinTech and cloud hosting.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
- Assisting Account Managers in helping a range of clients succeed with our software;
- Delivering fantastic customer service and adding value to client businesses at all times;
- Forging strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and assisting in strategic planning;
- Resolving client queries and issues;
- Working with the product development team on the technical implementation of client accounts;
- Collaborating with client managers/partners and the product development team to design new product features and improve existing ones;
- Educating clients on social media best practice and new product launches;
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience in account management and/or customer success (Desirable);
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills;
- Strong organisation skills, able to multitask and work independently;
- Experience of working within a team;
- Strong people skills, able to build rapport with a range of teammates and clients;
- Problem solving and analytical skills;
- Strong numeracy skills and experience with Excel;
- Can do attitude and a willingness to learn;
- Technically proficient when exposed to new software;
- Passionate about a career in digital marketing;
- You have the right to work in the UK.
