Sales Account Manager

Dubai, United Arab Emirates FLYERALARM Printing and Advertising L.L.C Full time

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets in the Middle East region.

2. Identify and target potential clients in key industries, including hospitality, events, and marketing agencies, and establish relationships to promote FLYERALARM's products and services.

3. Manage and nurture existing client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries, requests, and support needs.

4. Conduct thorough needs assessments and consultative selling to understand client requirements and recommend tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.

5. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations to secure new business and renewals.

6. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and support in servicing client needs.

7. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, and use insights to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative sales strategies.

8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account information in CRM systems.

9. Travel within the Middle East region to meet with clients, attend industry events and conferences, and represent FLYERALARM's brand effectively.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management roles.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to effectively communicate value propositions and overcome objections.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish rapport and credibility with clients at all levels.
- Knowledge of the e-commerce and printing industries, with a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools, with the ability to manage and track sales activities and pipeline.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Self-motivated and proactive with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
