**Responsibilities**:
- Identify potential clients and develop sales strategies to target and acquire contract agreements.
- Understand clients' requirements and provide tailored software solutions that meet their needs.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales materials, proposals, and presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential sales opportunities.
- Report sales activities, progress, and forecasts to the management team.
- Develop and implement a targeted sales strategy to identify and approach potential clients in the GCC region.
- Utilize various channels, including online networks, industry events, referrals, and cold calling, to generate leads and opportunities.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs, pain points, and decision-making processes.
- Customize sales pitches and proposals to showcase the value and benefits of our software development services, staff augmentation solutions, testing services, and business support team.
- Engage in consultative selling techniques to understand clients' unique requirements and present tailored solutions that address their specific challenges.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations, ensuring regular and effective communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including software developers, project managers, and solution architects, to create proposals and estimates that align with clients' expectations.
- Present and negotiate contracts, ensuring that terms and conditions are mutually agreed upon and meet the organization's requirements.
- Continuously monitor the sales pipeline, identify bottlenecks, and take necessary actions to accelerate the sales cycle and achieve targets.
- Act as a brand ambassador, attending industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company's services and generate leads.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the software industry, with extensive experience working in the GCC region.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a deep understanding of the sales process.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively interact with clients.
- In-depth knowledge of software development, staff augmentation, testing services, and business support team operations.
- Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.

Compensation: The Pre-Sales software professional will work on a contract basis and receive a percentage of the contract value brought in by themselves. The exact compensation structure will be discussed during the interview process.
