Sales Account Manager

General Responsibilities of **Sales Account Manager IT.**
- Identify new sales opportunities through leads, pre-qualified meetings & own prospecting.
- Inquisitive to keep updated on latest technologies.
- Introduce new technologies & solutions to customers. Research, develop and modify products to meet customers' technical requirements and needs.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Clearly communicate the customer requirements to the design/estimation team.
- Ensure the timely delivery of quotations according to customer needs.
- Close follow up of prospective jobs.
- Negotiate contracts and secure sales orders as per the business forecast.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. monthly sales results and quarterly/annual sales forecasts).
- Manage accounts receivables.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts.
- Close association with vendors & to enhance long term business relationship.
- Business presentations to clients/consultants & contractors.
**work experience requirements**
- 5 years’ experience in sales with enterprise customers & contractors.
- Techno Commercial sales experience in IT Infrastructure, Security, cloud services solutions.
- Abu Dhabi work experience preferable.
- UAE driving license mandatory.

- Proven experience in account management.
- Ability to effectively communicate and credibly influence people at all levels.
- Proven experience in the delivery of solutions that are client-focused and based on the needs of customers.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively handle multiple projects.
- Ability to pay strict attention to details.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Excellent listening ability.
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Self-starter with a winning attitude.
**EDUCATIONAL requirements**
- Engineering in IT/Electronics/Computer Science.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: AED20,000.00 - AED28,000.00 per month
