**Sales Account Manager**

Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers/accounts by understanding their needs, goals, and challenges.
- Serve as the main point of contact for any inquiries or issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts by analyzing customer needs and proposing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive sales growth.
- Regularly engage with clients through meetings, presentations, and networking events to strengthen relationships and develop new business opportunities.
- Work together with internal team, such as presales, and Technical, to prepare the proposals and ensure smooth sales processes.
- Prepare regular reports, including sales forecasts, account reviews, and pipeline updates, to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and potential risks.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and sales techniques through professional development activities.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of five years sales-related experience in managing key enterprise accounts
- Prior experience working in an AV, ELV and ICT systems integration company.
- Strong network with potential accounts and consultants in UAE.
- Proven track record of exceeding goals/objectives and achieving revenue

Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to interact with technical teams and internal departments to ensure customer success.
- Ability to interact effectively and comfortably with executive and senior management either in distributors, customers or end-users.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully prospect, present to a wide variety of clients from multiple disciplines, and consistently close large deals.
- Ability to listen to the customer to understand what the customers’ business requirements/goals are and to take this information and effectively present/articulate audio, video, ELV and Immersive solutions that can solve the customers problems and/or meet their requirements/goals.
- Excellent written and oral communication & presentation skills.

Eligibility Requirements
- UAE Driving License.
- Arabic Speaking (Optional)
- Five Years of experience in AV, ELV and ICT industry in UAE.
- Must be currently in UAE.

**Salary**: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
