We are a leading FMCG manufacturing company seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to drive our regional expansion. This key role focuses on leading sales teams, designing and implementing effective strategies, and building strong relationships with clients and business partners.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Develop and Implement Regional Sales Strategies:

- Analyze markets and identify growth opportunities.
- Set short-term and long-term sales goals for target markets.

2. Manage Sales Teams:

- Lead, guide, and develop multicultural teams to achieve defined objectives.
- Conduct regular meetings to assess performance and address challenges.

3. Analyze Market Data and Trends:

- Identify customer behaviors and analyze competitors to shape effective strategies.
- Prepare and present comprehensive, data-driven reports to senior management.

4. Establish and Maintain Relationships with Key Clients and Partners:

- Develop and sustain strong and constructive client relationships.
- Oversee key negotiations and business contracts.

5. Monitor Budgets and Costs:

- Ensure optimal resource allocation to achieve profitability.
- Track expenses and propose cost-reduction strategies.

**Requirements**:
1. Education:

- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

2. Work Experience:

- At least 10 years of relevant experience in sales management, with a minimum of 5 years in regional leadership roles.
- Experience in Middle Eastern markets (experience in Dubai/UAE is highly preferred).

3. Technical and Managerial Skills:

- Proven ability to develop data-driven sales strategies.
- Exceptional leadership skills in managing multicultural teams.
- Proficiency in sales management software (CRM) and data analysis tools.

4. Languages:
Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage).

- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to manage changes in dynamic environments.
