**Regional Accounts Manager Luxury Fragrances**
POSITION OVERVIEW Drive retail sales within GCC Region in close collaboration with the
Executives at the USA HQ and Dubai HQ. The Regional Accounts Manager is responsible for strategic oversight and analysis of market, and field trends.
**Employment type**
Full time position.
**Responsibilities**
Business execution:
- Achieve Corporate Sales Plan through account management in regional market.
- Create, plan, and execute seasonal strategies and events in partnership with Executives, store management and in-store teams.
- Evaluate and coach to productivity growth of in-store teams and Selling Specialists.
- Partner with store personnel in the proper planning and execution of launches, promotional and special items.
- Negotiate incremental space: shelves, towers, and outpost gondolas with store management.
- Maintain all expenses (selling specialists, T&E, in-store) within budgets provided.
Talent Development:
- Work with Executives to develop tailored training tools/ plans for in-store teams.
- Recruit, train and develop top talent in the market.
- Work alongside in-store employees to drive retail sales, share product knowledge, observe sales floor behaviors, team selling, and provide employees with consistent feedback and coaching.
Brand Image and Client Experience:
- Ensure all locations maintain the Brand visual standards and address recommendations.
- Coach in-store teams consistently to provide excellent client service and properly utilize the retailer CRM system.
- Align with eCommerce and e-Retail managers on a regular basis to ensure pricing alignment on all channels Ensure optimization of supply chain processes to protect margins.
**Qualifications**
Beauty Industry and retail with knowledge in Fragrances.
- Verifiable experience in managing and developing a profitable organization.
- Must be able to travel 30% of the time (customer meetings, industry events); hours of work must be flexible to meet job objectives.
- Prior experience with managing and driving retail results with Department Stores and
Specialty retailers.
- Proven experience in hiring, training, and developing sales personnel.
- Strong understanding and knowledge of leading beauty and fragrance brands and their competitive positioning
- Strong understanding of operating practices of key Department Store and Specialty retailers.
- People Management: Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead, coach, and develop a team of sales personnel.
- Relationship Building: Ability to network actively and establish strong client relationships.
- Planning and Execution: Experience in developing innovative in-store events and creative solutions to operational issues.
- Business Analytics: Experience in using analytical metrics to assess business performance and create an action plan in response.
- Great sense of aesthetics with a creative spirit.
- Excellent written and verbal English and Arabic language skills along with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

**Compensation**: Base salary, car allowance, housing allowance, commission potential.
