**Job Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Generate and increase revenue through strategic sales initiatives and client relationships
- Manage and optimize the freemium onboarding process to convert users into paying customers
- Oversee and improve call center operations, ensuring high-quality customer service and sales performance
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company goals
- Utilize and maintain CRM systems to track sales activities, leads, and customer interactions
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective sales materials and campaigns
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
- Mentor and train sales team members to achieve individual and team targets
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience (5+ years) in sales management, preferably in the digital marketing or tech industry
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales processes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in MS Office and various digital platforms
**Requirements**:
- Valid driving license and own vehicle for client visits and regional travel
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed
