At Curatus, we are building a powerful network of Human Resource Management Consultants who are keen to bring their strategic insight, hands-on expertise and vision to SMEs and start-ups across the UK, Europe and Middle East.

We are searching for experienced HR professionals who enjoy working flexibly on international HR projects. Many of our clients are in a stage of growth or transformation, meaning that you will be part of delivering meaningful impact and change.

**Primary duties and responsibilities**:
Whilst the scope and nature of each project will be different, primary duties and responsibilities may include:

- Managing and delivering core activities, initiatives and policies related to recruitment, onboarding, performance management, benefits strategy, compensation strategy, compliance and risk management, employee relations, culture, engagement, wellbeing, retention, and learning & development
- Liaising with senior leadership and the executive boards of client companies to report on the HR function
- Where required, liaising with third party service providers for HR software management, payroll management, and training provision
- Managing analysis of employee feedback and information, to continuously improve the working environment and culture
- Providing advice on human resource matters including the HR department annual budget of clients
- Maintaining accurate HR records and ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations
- Utilizing data analytics to assess HR metrics and provide insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
- Identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement to optimize HR processes and enhance organisational effectiveness

**Required skills and experience**:

- Minimum three to four years of experience in HR in Dubai
- Demonstrable experience and knowledge of UAE employment law
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written), Arabic a plus
- Helpful to have understanding of international operations working at a global international operation, with a focus on Dubai
- Comfortable and confident working in a diverse and multi-cultural environment, across time zones

**Salary**: AED900.00 - AED1,400.00 per day
