**Qualifications and Requirements for (Juba, South Sudan Assignment)**:
Ø **Documentation and Compliance**: Ensure all employee records, contracts, and documentation comply with local and international labor laws and regulations.
Ø **Orientation Programs**: Coordinate and conduct orientation programs for new hires, providing them with information about company policies, benefits, and facilities.
Ø **Employee Database Maintenance**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee information in the HR database.
Ø **Training and Development**: Coordinate training programs and workshops for employees, ensuring they have access to necessary skills and knowledge.
Ø **Performance Appraisal Support**: Assist in the performance appraisal process by collecting feedback, scheduling reviews, and maintaining related records.
Ø **Employee Relations**: Handle day-to-day employee inquiries, concerns, and conflicts, escalating more complex issues to HR management.
Ø **Benefits Administration**: Support in administering employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Ø **Workplace Diversity**: Collaborate on initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace
Ø **Leave Management**: Track and manage employee leave requests, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Ø **Employee Engagement**: Organize and participate in employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work culture.
Ø **Exit Interviews**: Conduct exit interviews and gather feedback from departing employees to identify areas for improvement.
Ø **Health and Safety**:Assist in implementing health and safety programs, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
Ø **Performance Metrics**: Collect and analyze HR metrics, such as turnover rates, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Ø **Immigration Support**: Collaborate with the Government Relations Manager to assist international employees with immigration-related matters.
Ø **Employee Recognition Programs**: Support the development and implementation of employee recognition programs.
Ø **Internal Communication**: Facilitate effective communication between HR and other departments, ensuring timely dissemination of information.
Ø **Employee Surveys**: Coordinate and analyze employee surveys to gauge satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
Ø **Employee Records Audits**: Conduct periodic audits of employee records to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
Ø Transferable and can be reassigned to perform other functions and duties.
Ø Performs other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the HR Manager

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
