**Job Purpose**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide HR consultancy services to clients, including advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, advise them on the local laws and legislations in UAE and other GCC jurisdictions.
- Provide support to payroll with onboarding new clients and being their main point of contact of any ongoing queries.
- Manage client HR files, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with local regulations.
- Conduct HR audits and assessments for clients to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, initiatives, and programs tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.
- Advise clients on employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management.
- Assist with drafting various policies and procedures manuals, employee handbooks, etc.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients on various HR topics, such as diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, performance appraisal and others as required.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in HR laws and regulations in GCC and advise clients accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on HR matters.
- Work closely with the HR Manager and Marketing department to assist in drafting and developing marketing material for HR Services.
- Assist the HR Manager in developing new templates for HR services, as well as updating all existing templates to ensure compliance with local legislation.
- Maintain a high level of customer service whilst carrying out HR Services as a representative of the Sovereign Group.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legislation, particularly in UAE, GCC is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
- Proficient in English language, written and verbal
