Perform administrative duties for the HR Department.
- Process and maintain HR personnel files for all GRADE Offices employees, including retention and archiving.
- Maintain records of new hires, transfers, terminations, job classification changes, merit increases, leaves, and attendance.
- Document HR actions through completion of forms, reports, logs, and records.
- Handle external and internal inquiries confidentially from the public, employees, and departments.
- Prepare monthly reports and conduct data analysis for assigned special projects.
- Assist in monitoring employee attendance and leaves.
- Coordinate and facilitate special projects as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as required.
- Support recruitment and its administrative tasks.
- Perform other assigned duties.

**Requirements to apply**:

- An Administration/HR Bachelor's degree or its equivalent
- Previous experience of 2-3 years in an HR assistant role or a similar position
- Proficient in HRIS, preferably Oracle
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- A people-oriented individual who works well in a team
- Takes initiative when necessary
- Pays close attention to detail
