مكتب الرئيس التنفيذي هو مكان ديناميكي وسريع الحركة مع العديد من الشؤون التجارية والجداول الزمنية المطلوبة. يتولى المساعد التنفيذي مسؤولية تنسيق وإدارة المبادرات الرئيسية بتوجيه من الرئيس التنفيذي. يشمل ذلك تخطيط المشروع وتنفيذه والتواصل، ويتطلب مهارات تنظيمية وشخصية قوية. يتواصل مساعد التنفيذي مع المسؤولين التنفيذيين ومع الأطراف المعنية الداخلية والخارجية لتحديد أولويات المهام وضمان تسليم المشاريع بنجاح واستكمالها.

بالإضافة إلى ذلك، يتعامل المساعد التنفيذي مع المعلومات السرية والتقارير، ويشرف على الفحوص الداخلية وتنظيم زيارات المستوى التنفيذي والأحداث/الاجتماعات.

**المسؤوليات الرئيسية**:

- ينظم ويدير المهام/المشاريع المختلفة في مكتب الرئيس التنفيذي لدعم أولويات العمل؛ وتقديم الدعم الإداري العام للمشاريع المعينة.
- يوجه وينظم ويسيطر على أنشطة المشروع بناءً على توجيهات الرئيس التنفيذي.
- يحافظ على تدفق فعال للمعلومات بين جميع مستويات المنظمة وخارجها في نطاق واسع من الخطط والأولويات؛ ويطوّر ويحافظ على علاقات عمل جيدة في جميع أنحاء المنظمة.
- يحضر اجتماعات العملاء/أصحاب المصلحة (عند الضرورة) لتحديد متطلبات المشروع؛ ويعلم أصحاب المصلحة بالمعلومات والتحديثات المتعلقة بالمشروع.
- يشارك كعضو مساعد في اجتماعات اللجنة التنفيذية وكذلك في اجتماعات داخلية/خارجية أخرى؛ ويعد جداول الاجتماعات ومحاضر الاجتماعات وملخصاتها ويتابع قوائم الأولويات وتحديثات المشاريع.
- يعمل بشكل مستقل ويتعاون مع أعضاء آخرين من الإدارة العليا في المشاريع الخاصة المعينة من قبل الرئيس التنفيذي.
- يجمع ويفسر البيانات لإنتاج التقارير؛ ويعد اقتراحات ووثائق خطة العمل حسب الاقتضاء.
- يعد مواد الاتصال والعروض التقديمية لمبادرات الاتصال الاستراتيجية للرئيس التنفيذي؛ ويعمل عن كثب مع قسم التسويق والاتصال حسب الاقتضاء.
- ينجز جوانب حرجة من المنتجات التي تسهل قدرة الرئيس التنفيذي على أداء مهامه.
- يتعامل مع المعلومات السرية والحساسة بلباقة وهدوء ودبلوماسية.

**مسؤوليات إضافية**:

- قد يُطلب منه تقديم المساعدة الشخصية للرئيس التنفيذي في حال التوجيه، يدير حجوزات التقويم وجدول سفر الرئيس التنفيذي بالتنسيق مع المساعد الشخصي.

في حالة غياب المساعد الشخصي.
- يتواصل مع وظائف الدعم الأخرى (موارد بشرية والمكتب والمرافق وتكنولوجيا المعلومات والمالية) لأغراض تجارية
