**The Role**:
As the Head of Partnerships with ThinkMarkets you will drive the partnership team to generate significant revenue growth through both new and existing partners. You will be responsible for executing the strategic direction of the partnership offering globally.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify new partner and existing partner opportunities
- Negotiate rates, terms, and incentives for partners
- Meet specific personal and team KPIs set by management
- Manage, coach, and develop the Partnership Team
- Coordinating and working with internal and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with high value partners
- Develop and contribute to the success of partner campaigns
- Undertake competitive market analysis to ensure the offering is competitive
- Oversee the ongoing management of partner performance and fraud monitoring
- Provide reports for management and key partners
- Take on new projects and initiatives that improve the partnership program
- Organize and participate in partnership events both in person and remotely

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 4 years' experience in a similar role within the CFD/FX or crypto industry
- Fluency in English both written and spoken
- Excellent sales skills with the ability to find new opportunities
- Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
- You must be self-motivated
- Knowledge and understanding of regulations including FCA, ASIC and CySec is an advantage.
