Qualifications:

- Female below 35 years old
- Must be present in UAE and willing to be relocated in Sharjah
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as sales coordinator in 4* hotel property.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Exceptional time-management and organisational skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1.Maximisation of room sales and revenue for the hotel

2.Adhere to pre-set availability and rate control

3.Ensure a high level of product knowledge of the hotel and local area

4.Ensure a sales attitude is adopted at all times and maintain an awareness of all sales opportunities within the hotel

5.Develop and maintain a high level of communication with all major sources of business

6.and advise Reservations Manager of any feedback where necessary

7.Ensure a high level of customers service is consistently maintained

8.Advice the Room Division Manager/Front Office Manager and Reservations Manager of any changes or trends relating to business

9.Ensure all refused and regretted business is recorded with reasons of refusal

10.Adhere to all company credit policies to ensure all revenue expected will be received

11.Maintain and update guest history and marketing Data base as laid down in the reservations Procedures

12.Ensure all correspondence is dealt with and filed correctly

General Responsibilities:
Comply with the Company’s Corporate Code of Conduct.

Familiarises himself with the company values and model desired behaviours.

Perform tasks as directed by the Manager in pursuit of the achievement of business goals.

**Salary**: From AED2,000.00 per month
