Job Summary:
The Ticketing Agent + Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service while efficiently managing ticketing processes. This position requires a combination of strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle customer inquiries and ticketing transactions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information.

Handle customer complaints and concerns, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.

Ticketing Operations:
Process ticket sales, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently.

Assist customers in choosing the best ticket options based on their preferences and needs.

Ensure compliance with ticketing policies and procedures.

Information Dissemination:
Provide clear and detailed information regarding event details, venue information, and ticketing policies.

Payment Processing:
Process payments securely and accurately, utilizing relevant payment processing systems.

Address any payment-related issues and discrepancies.

Database Management:
Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.

Utilize ticketing software and systems to manage inventory and track sales.

Problem Resolution:
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in ticketing transactions.

Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve customer issues.

Upselling and Cross-Selling:
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to enhance the customer experience.

Documentation:
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and issue resolutions.

Generate reports as needed for management analysis.

Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with colleagues, including other ticketing agents, customer service representatives, and relevant departments, to ensure seamless operations.

**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Ticketing: 2 years (preferred)
- Reservation: 2 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Sharjah (required)
