At TK Elevator UAE, you will be supporting the HR & Admin Department in the following activities:
Activities of the Department:
- Employee Personal Files
- Onboarding and Off boarding
- Pre Recruitment process
- Maintaining HRMS data
**Job Description/Tasks**
Reports to the HR & Admin Manager and support the HR team.
- Maintaining and creating employee’s personal files
- Support in creating and validating the joining formalities
- Support in creating visa process
- Support in off-boarding process
- Support with the daily reception calls

**Requirements to apply**:
**Qualifications/Requirements**
- Bachelor students in BBA, preferable with HR
- Fluent in English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel
