Travel & Lifestyle Manager

The Travel & Lifestyle Manager is responsible for servicing a diverse range of requests from Luxury Escapes Travel & Lifestyle clients. By accurately understanding their needs, the Lifestyle provides personalized recommendations to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
This role involves managing and updating members' preferences, establishing and maintaining effective communication with members and vendors, and processing all correspondence to ensure timely and accurate information. Additionally, the Lifestyle Manager will maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers, promoting a collaborative environment to best serve our clients.
- Deliver outstanding, personalized experiences that surpass client expectations through expert travel planning. Ensure adherence to budgets and client requirements while coordinating reservations for restaurants, hotels, and entertainment venues. Provide thorough information on services, attractions, and transportation, and handle bookings for jets and yachts with strong negotiation skills.
- Act as a liaison among clients, suppliers, and team members, arranging all travel logistics, including drivers and appointments, while anticipating client needs and offering proactive support. Work collaboratively with the Travel & Lifestyle Concierge team, managing queries professionally and meeting KPIs with a positive attitude. Maintain meticulous attention to detail and handle confidential information discreetly, while ensuring accurate client data in the CRM and timely responses to requests.
- Promote additional services through appropriate upselling and meet all supplier payment deadlines. Follow standard operating procedures, update them as necessary, and assist colleagues during absences. Source luxury items and event tickets, and support corporate clients with meetings and events. Contribute to the growth of the Luxury Escapes Travel & Lifestyle Concierge brand through word-of-mouth and social media engagement, and assist with card inquiries and DDI checks as needed.
Qualifications:
Specialized knowledge of the hospitality industry and luxury brands;
Strong organizational skills;
Outgoing yet discreet;
Comfortable and confident in successfully handling tight deadlines and quick turnarounds;
Able to multitask, pay close attention to detail and work well under pressure;
Team player with strong professional communication and negotiation skills;
Well-versed in English - knowledge of an additional language such as Arabic, Spanish or Russian, French is a plus.
Able to work 11.00AM-7.00PM shift Dubai time Tuesday to Saturday
Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month
