**Sales Strategy and Planning**
- Supervises the day-to-day operations of B2B channel to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes, and procedures.

**Day-To-Day Operations**
- Develop strategic sales plans to achieve corporate designed targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage to deliver sales volume targets by effective coordination with customers, utilizing the plans, and ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
- Managing the customers’ payments/ accounts to ensure monthly targets are met and executed, to ensure channel accounts are fully paid and cleared in a timely manner.
- Handle customer outstanding payments and accordingly advise and recommend the closure or termination of customer accounts to management, if required.
- To ensure profitability targets for the channel are met and executed, by controlling and managing the sales of all SKUs.

**Supply Chain Management Coordination**:

- Overlook the supply chain process to ensure customers’ orders are delivered as per planed in compliance with the approved process.

**Sales Performance Monitoring**:

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Implement corrective actions as needed to address performance gaps.

**Proposal Development**:

- Work closely with the sales team to create compelling and customized sales proposals.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align offerings with client needs.

**Negotiation and Closing**:

- Lead negotiations with corporate clients to secure profitable agreements.
- Ensure effective contract management and adherence to company policies and local Laws.

**Market Research**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Use market insights to adjust sales strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

**Reporting**
- Prepare reports timely and accurately to meet Savola and department requirements, policies, and standards.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
