**Role Summary**

The Learning and Development Manager leads all Learning and Development (L&D) activities, including the design and delivery of technical and non-technical development programs across all Business Units. This includes systems training with the learning solutions being delivered as a blend of face-to-face, eLearning, and other learning opportunities.

**Essential Responsibilities**
- Own the management and development of the learning management system for the company globally
- Assess current, and future technical training needs to ensure that training solutions are proactive and support the strategic direction of the company
- Combine and manage the annual training budget and training plan for the company based on the business needs
- Work closely with training providers to ensure the development of the content and the quality of the L&D services as required
- Develop training materials, including outlines, handouts, exercises, and others
- Collect feedback from trainers and trainees and make necessary recommendations to improve the training programs
- Develop and implement a follow-up and tracking system to control that all operations staff has all necessary certifications as required by industry/clients
- Design company succession plan and individual development plans for the staff

**Qualification Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognised institute or university, preferably in Engineering, Geoscience, or another relevant discipline
- 7-10 years’ experience in L&D within the oilfield services sector with a proven track record of design and delivery of training programs
- Professional certification in training (certified technical trainer) will be preferred
- Technical expertise in wireline
- Excellent leadership and project management skills
- Strong knowledge of learning and development practices
- Proficiency in learning management software
- Ability to identify organisational training needs
- Ability to determine the effectiveness of training
