Concierge Receptionist
ROLE PURPOSE
The Concierge Reception function acts as a front liner that represents the organization ensuring accurate information’s are provided to the customers, responsible in screening individuals who come through main lobby and will greet and handles vendors, services and packages as needed.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Concierge Reception function School Completion + at least 1-year additional certificate course/ diploma. (E.g. Secretarial Course/ Diploma in Business Administration).
WHAT WILL YOU BE MEASURED AGAINST
- Ensure that all areas are always organized and clean and any requirement for further cleaning is reported to Operations.
- Responsible for their station and of that area’s procedures and standards in line with the company’s approved policies and guidelines in its daily operation.
- Screens individuals who come through main lobby ensuring that only residents, tenants and their authorized guests are permitted access to residence or corporate office floors.
- Assist residents, tenants and their authorized guests in requests for information, provide directions and escalate service requests to the correct management channel for action.
- Ensure that all major issues of customers are resolved in a timely manner, by coordinating with other departments as required.
- Ensure Service request are raised on behalf of the Tenants/Owners.
- Follow up on all technical issues raised by residents and ensure each tech issue is closed in timely manner.
- Adhere to the applicable company policies and procedure.
