**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients and visitors, ensuring a positive and professional impression.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
- Maintain and update client files and office records digitally.
- Assist in the preparation, formatting, and proofreading of documents and correspondence.
- Handle client inquiries and provide information as needed.
- Monitor and track deadlines for intellectual property filings and renewals.
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory, ordering new supplies as necessary.
- Assist in organizing firm events, seminars, and meetings.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.

**Experience**: Proven experience as a Receptionist, Secretary, or Administrative Assistant. Experience in a legal or intellectual property firm is highly desirable.

**Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with legal terminology and documentation is an advantage.
