This is a full-time role responsible for the overseeing and implementation of the company’s international sales policies, procedures, objectives and initiatives and spearheading the company’s efforts in international territories through sales trips, roadshows and related events.
You will be responsible for overseeing a team of international real estate agents, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage customer accounts and travel within the local assigned geographical area to drive business into the specific country/cluster and to increase market/customer share in all revenue streams.
- Train, and mentor a high-performing team of international real estate agents.
- Set clear performance expectations and to provide guidance and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and productivity. and track key performance metrics.
- Designing and managing an international sales and brokers engagements initiatives and activities.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company international sales goals.
- Create and implement effective promotional campaigns to drive sales.
- Identify opportunities for brand exposure and community involvement.
- Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of head of department and senior management.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience with strong knowledge & proven experience in real estate sale.
- Strong knowledge of international businesses and Real estate business trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Must have valid UAE driving license.
