Supports: 32 TFB Specialist

Position Summary:
The Luxury Experience Coach plays a pivotal role in driving both retail sales through education initiatives. Reporting to the Sales and Education Executive and REM, collaborating closely with the Regional Education Manager, this role ensures consistent service delivery and elevates productivity and sales across designated locations. Through strategic in-store coaching strategies and partnership with SEE/REM, the Luxury Experience Coach empowers Specialist or Expert, identifies growth areas, and upholds the brand's vision and strategy.

Responsibilities and Tasks:
1. Retail Education Support:

- Coach, motivate, and assess team performance, focusing on productivity and KPIs.
- Collaborate with Counter Managers to identify and address training gaps in their teams. Collaborate with SEE’S.
- Develop and maintain in-store education plans for each TFB Specialist.
- Conduct thorough follow-up on classroom education and virtual workshops to ensure successful training program rollouts, including E-Learning content implementation. Collaboration with TF ASOM/SEE/REM to align on education follow up plans.
- Support and facilitate core education programs as needed, supporting agency training during promotions, launches, and Key shopping /High Traffic periods, actively participating during promotions to drive retail sales.
- Identify locally relevant education opportunities to nurture Specialists capabilities through continuous monitoring, feedback, and reporting. Identify and align with ASOM/SEE /REM.

2. Training Support:

- Assist REM in organisation of branded Seminars and Regional Workshops. Collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment with Brand guidelines and budget requirements, dedicating 20% of their time.

3. Sales Performance and Productivity:

- Mentoring in-store teams to meet retail sales goals set by the company in partnership with SEE/REM/ASOM.
- Flexible schedule equating to 5 days a week
- Provide specialized coaching to Specialists for link/cross category selling and achievement of brand KPIs.
- Lead on-counter Education workshops to enhance the sell-through of new launches, limited-life collections, and product priorities.
- Drive retail sales using the 70/30 approach, dedicating 30% of time to selling, with specific KPI targets set by SEE.

4. Exceptional Service Delivery:

- Set a high standard of exceptional service through personal example.
- Strengthen service benchmarks by providing coaching, feedback, and executing CDA forms and the accreditation program.

5. Digital Engagement:

- Assign relevant E-Learning content, ensuring Specialist/Expert complete designated E-Learning.
- Utilize the dashboard to monitor team E-Learning engagement and progress. TRU

6. In-Store Events:

- Support brand-related in-store events aligned with key shopping moments and product priorities.
- Offer coaching and feedback to specialists during events.
- Monitor and report event-driven sales performance to SEE/ASOM/REM

7. Brand Image:

- Ensure counter teams adhere to brands personal grooming standards.
- Uphold the brand's image by assisting with counter, tester station, and display maintenance.

Position Summary:
The Luxury Experience Coach reports to the Sales and Education Executive [Matrix reporting to Regional Education Manager]. To collaborate closely with the SEE / REM to ensure consistent service and drive productivity and sales across designated locations. This role plays a pivotal part in boosting sales and fostering the growth of specialists through in-store coaching strategies, while working alongside SEE/REM to identify focal points for improvement and development.
