We are currently seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing and Events Coordinator to join our team at our high-class restaurant. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for marketing, event planning, and a strong background in the hospitality industry.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Marketing**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our hospitality services and events.
- Manage social media channels, creating and scheduling engaging content.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators to produce marketing materials.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with partners, influencers, and media to enhance brand presence.

**Events Coordination**:

- Plan, organize, and execute both virtual and in-person events, including meetings, conferences, and special occasions.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure seamless event execution.
- Coordinate logistics, such as venue selection, catering, audiovisual needs, and decor.
- Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and identify areas for improvement.

**Hybrid Experience Management**:

- Develop and implement strategies to integrate virtual components into traditional events.
- Ensure that hybrid events provide a seamless experience for both in-person and virtual attendees.
- Stay updated on the latest hybrid event technologies and trends.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain detailed records of marketing and event activities.
- Prepare reports and presentations on marketing and event performance.
- Handle administrative tasks related to event planning and marketing initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing and event coordination, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite).
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
