Job Summary:
As an experienced Project Coordinator in the field of Marketing and Media with 3-5 years of experience, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing various marketing and media projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of campaigns, events, and media initiatives, while maintaining timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Initiation:
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
Coordinate project kickoff meetings and ensure all team members are aligned on project goals.
Team Coordination:
Facilitate communication and collaboration among internal and external teams, including creative, content, design, and media teams.
Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring clarity on roles and expectations.
Budget Management:
Assist in creating project budgets and monitor expenses throughout the project lifecycle.
Track and manage costs, ensuring adherence to approved budgets.
Timeline and Milestone Tracking:
Monitor project timelines and milestones to ensure projects are progressing according to schedule.
Identify potential delays and proactively address issues to keep projects on track.
Resource Allocation:
Allocate resources effectively, considering the skills and availability of team members.
Coordinate with managers to ensure the right resources are assigned to each project.
Content and Creative Management:
Coordinate the creation and delivery of marketing content, graphics, and media assets.
Review and approve creative materials to ensure alignment with project objectives.
Campaign Execution:
Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, media placements, and events.
Ensure all campaign elements are executed accurately and in a timely manner.
Communication and Reporting:
Maintain clear communication channels with stakeholders and team members, providing regular project updates.
Prepare and distribute project status reports, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.
Risk Management:
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.
Address issues and roadblocks promptly to minimize impact on project outcomes.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to brand guidelines.
Review and approve final materials before launch.
Post-Project Evaluation:
Conduct post-project evaluations to analyze project performance and identify areas for improvement.
Gather feedback from team members and stakeholders to inform future projects.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in project coordination or related roles within the marketing and media industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Understanding of marketing strategies, media channels, and campaign execution.
Attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Collaborative and team-oriented attitude.
**Salary**: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
