We're on the lookout for a star player to take the reins as our Procurement Maestro in Riyadh and orchestrate a symphony of procurement brilliance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain employee records, including new hire paperwork, personnel files, and HR databases.
- Assist with onboarding and orientation for new employees, including conducting orientations and ensuring all required documentation is completed.
- Coordinate employee training and development initiatives, including scheduling training sessions and tracking employee training records.
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and answering employee inquiries regarding benefits.
- Support HR initiatives and projects, such as employee engagement surveys, performance management, and HR policy updates.
- Assist with employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Prepare HR-related reports and presentations for management as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on HR laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in human resources or related administrative role.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
