**Recruitment and Onboarding**:
Assisting in the recruitment process, such as posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

Coordinating new employee onboarding activities, including paperwork, orientation, and training.

**Employee Records Management**:
Maintaining and updating employee records, including personal information, job details, and performance evaluations.

Ensuring compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.

**Benefits Administration**:
Assisting with benefits enrollment and answering employee inquiries about benefits programs.

Collaborating with benefits providers to address issues and ensure smooth administration.

**HR Policy Implementation**:
Supporting the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.

Addressing employee questions or concerns related to HR policies.

**Employee Relations**:
Handling day-to-day employee inquiries and issues.

Assisting with conflict resolution and acting as a liaison between employees and management.

**Training and Development**:
Coordinating training sessions and professional development programs.

Tracking employee training and ensuring compliance with mandatory training requirements.

**Compliance and Reporting**:
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Assisting in the preparation of HR reports and documentation for audits.

**HR Systems and Technology**:
Utilizing HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to manage employee data and generate reports.

Assisting in the implementation or upgrade of HR software systems.

**Event Coordination**:
Organizing company events, employee recognition programs, and other HR-related activities.

**General Administrative Support**:
Providing general administrative support to the HR department.

Assisting with scheduling, correspondence, and other administrative tasks.

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
