The Human Resources Coordinator is in charge of drive the day-to-day HR operation.

**What will I be doing?**

Human Resources Coordinator at Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre is primarily responsible for leading the payroll process of the hotel while ensuring an exceptional team member experience.

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

- Support internal Human Resources tasks and projects, tracking the necessary actions and updating the monthly and weekly reports.
- Lead the payroll process and system while creating the team member profiles on Oasys, checking the attendance, checking the payroll inputs while adhering to the approval metrics.
- Managing the leavers' process in Oasys; raising separations in Oasys, deactivating bank cards if applicable, cancelling medical insurance and filing of the clearance documents.
- Creating and maintaining confidential filling system for team member's files, records and documents, and ensure its adherence with the company's standards.
- Make sure that the team members' benefits and grades are in line with the approved matrix and the levelling structure and update the system accordingly.
- Request and coordinate for HR supplies and any other necessary supplies requested.
- Maintain and submit HR attendance monthly and raising team's leaves.
- Assist in different team members engagement initiatives and thrive calendar, planning and execution of the events.
- Assist the HR Director in the day-to-day operation of the department as required.
- Responsible for yearly tickets allowance survey, analysis/comparison, monthly payment sheet preparation and tracking.
- Assist with other Human Resources functions and tasks as required.

- Previous experience in a similar role in Human Resources in a luxury hotel in UAE.
- Advanced knowledge of payroll process, Oasys is a plus.
- Exposure to HR systems and employee relations.
- Strong communication skills.
- Positive attitude.
- Committed to delivering a high level of team member experience.
- Proficient at an advanced level with MS Office and computers and relevant programs.
