We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Sales Manager with a strong background in IT Sales, specifically within the hospitality industry. As an Account Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing key client accounts within the hospitality sector, focusing on selling our IT solutions and services. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive business growth.

**Responsibilities**:
Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the hospitality industry, including hotel chains, resorts, and other hospitality businesses.
- Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and technology needs to offer appropriate IT solutions.
- Regularly engage with clients to assess satisfaction levels, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and ensure ongoing client retention.

Sales and Business Development:

- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and actively pursue new clients in the hospitality sector.
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to position our offerings effectively.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to clients.

Solution Selling and Consultative Approach:

- Understand clients' IT infrastructure and business processes to recommend suitable IT solutions and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including pre-sales, technical support, and product management, to ensure successful solution implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients regarding IT strategies, solutions, and industry best practices.

Sales Pipeline Management:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline information, forecasts, and reports.
- Utilize CRM systems effectively to track sales activities, manage leads, and document client interactions.
- Monitor sales performance against targets, identify areas of improvement, and propose corrective actions.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years experience as an Account Sales Manager or similar role, specifically in IT sales within the hospitality industry in UAE.
- Strong knowledge of IT solutions and services relevant to the hospitality sector, such as property management systems, guest experience technologies, network infrastructure, and cloud solutions.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to influence decision-makers and close deals.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
