Enterprise Sales Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets for cloud and cloud managed services.
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers within enterprise organizations to understand their business needs and promote our services effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their concerns and providing solutions that align with their goals.
- Stay informed about market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to anticipate customer needs and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful sales outcomes.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our services.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
- Track sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to assess progress towards goals and identify areas for improvement.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and expand our customer base.
- Provide feedback and insights to leadership to inform strategic decisions and optimize sales processes.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, particularly in the public cloud and cloud managed services industry.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to establish and nurture strong, meaningful connections with customers.
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and close deals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership qualities with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel locally and regionally as required.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure) would be an asset
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: AED18,000.00 - AED21,000.00 per month
