IT & Cloud Sales Manager - Enterprise Accounts

**Responsibilities**
- **Enterprise Account Management**: Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key enterprise accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnership. Understand the unique needs of each account and provide customized IT and cloud-based solutions.
- **Sales and Business Development**: Drive the sales process from prospecting to close, including identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
- **Cloud and IT Solutions Expertise**: Serve as an expert in cloud technologies and IT solutions, advising clients on the best practices for cloud adoption, data management, security, and ERP system integration, including Oracle, SAP, and others.
- **Market Analysis and Strategy**: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the IT and cloud space. Develop and implement strategic plans to capture new business and expand the company's market share.
- **Collaboration and Leadership**: Work closely with the product, engineering, and marketing teams to align sales strategies with product offerings. Lead and mentor junior sales and BD staff, fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement.
- **Customer Advocacy**: Act as a liaison between the customer and internal teams, ensuring that customer feedback is effectively communicated to product development teams for continuous product and service enhancement.
**Requirements**:
- **Bachelor's degree** in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
- **Proven experience** in IT and Cloud sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a role focused on enterprise accounts, including extensive experience with ERP systems like Oracle and cloud-based solutions.
- **Strong network** within the IT industry, with a track record of building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise-level companies.
- **Deep understanding** of cloud technologies, IT infrastructure, ERP systems, and the broader IT ecosystem. Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) are highly desirable.
- **Exceptional negotiation and closing skills**, with the ability to manage complex sales cycles and contract negotiations.
- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**, capable of effectively articulating technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
- **Strategic thinker** with a proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies in a competitive environment.
- **Leadership qualities**, with experience in mentoring and leading sales or business development teams.
- **Willingness to travel** as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and drive business development activities.
