We are looking to hire a Business Development Manager to help us implement and adapt our growth plan. The role we are hiring for will include a variety of tasks including systematically managing leads, management of daily operations of all the Hotel properties, availing competitive rates as well as provide strategic direction to the management, closing sales, and diligently complete various tasks given by the management.

This role requires an excellent communication skills, and the highest attention to detail, whilst maximizing all sales opportunities for new and existing guests and initiating what will be long term relationships with clients for the company.

Your primary goal will be:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with Director of Sales at all Hotels
- Collaborate and negotiate with hotel apartments to identify opportunities, rates, plan, and execute the portfolio growth of the company.
- Track future room availability by coordinating with Hotel Partners, and develop forecasts for room revenue and occupancy.
- Consistently log and update hotel property rates in CRM and other OTA channels
- Generate report identifying available room type as well as their location and layout & maximise booking optimization.
- Handle large volumes of networking and lead generation while following through on established leads
