**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Document and track support requests and their resolutions.
- Develop and maintain support documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in testing and quality assurance activities for new software releases.
- Provide training and assistance to end-users as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in **Computer Science**, Information Technology, or related field.
- Good Experience with **SQL databases and.Net and Java languages**.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional support.
- Fluency in **English & Arabic.**
Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month
