- invenioLSI Grow is our competitive training program designed to cultivate innovative and experienced SAP Consultants. As a SAP Associate Consultant Helpdesk in the invenioLSI Grow program, you undergo an immersive learning experience to jumpstart your SAP consulting career. Through personalized training, you will develop a deeper understanding of specific areas within your field and collaborate with experienced project teams to deliver digital transformations for esteemed global clients across various sectors.

**Role - SAP Help Desk Associate Consultant, invenioLSI Grow**
- Excel reporting, preparation of excel reports, dashboard (using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), and, Internet savvy.
- Should take ownership of the assigned work, should be Assertive and coordinate well with members within and outside the team.
- Arabic speaking is mandatory. English communication skills should be good.
- Should have worked on Support Incidents, tickets.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables at the same time.
- Must be result oriented, and demonstrate a can-do attitude - adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness.

**Consulting Skills**
- Aptitude for working in a team environment; problem-solving skills, creative thinking, communicating clearly and empathetically, strong time management, and ability to collaborate with all levels of staff.
- Ability to explain ideas and concepts to other project team members and to client personnel.
- Has a solid foundation for consulting “soft” skills necessary for client engagements.

**General Skills**
- Assists the project team efforts in developing solutions for client situations.
- Assist team effort in developing solutions for projects.
