**Position Overview**:
As an Administrative Assistant & Office Coordinator at Wisdom House Consultancy, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. You will collaborate closely with our consultants and management team, managing a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, handling client communications, and overseeing office supplies. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-end consultancy environment where your contributions will directly impact the success of our team and clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide general administrative support to the consultancy team, management, and executives.
- Manage and coordinate scheduling for meetings, client consultations, appointments, and related activities.
- Assist in preparing and organizing marketing materials, client presentations, and proposals.
- Handle documentation, including contracts, agreements, and other consultancy-related paperwork, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Maintain and update client databases, CRM systems, and contact lists.
- Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring they are well-stocked and operational.
- Assist with office organization, filing systems, and document management.
- Collaborate with the team on special projects, including client events, business development, and marketing campaigns.
- Help coordinate meetings, presentations, and events, ensuring seamless execution.
- Provide support for other administrative tasks as needed, ensuring the office runs efficiently.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous administrative experience, preferably in a consultancy or high-end client-facing role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and polished demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Professional attitude with a client-first mindset, showcasing a positive and proactive approach.
- Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
