We are looking for a dynamic and driven **Sales and Marketing Executive** to join our team at **Elysium Oak Real Wood Floors Trading - Sole Proprietorship L.L.C**. This role is a blend of strategic sales and innovative marketing, aimed at enhancing our market presence and driving business growth in the UAE and beyond. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, generating new leads, and managing client relationships in sectors such as construction, interior design, and architecture.

**Responsibilities include**:

- **Marketing Duties**:

- Developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote our wood flooring products
- Managing the company’s social media presence and creating engaging content for various platforms
- Organizing and participating in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
- Conducting market research to understand industry trends and improve marketing strategies
- Creating promotional materials, including brochures, presentations, and videos
- Analyzing marketing data and providing actionable insights to improve campaign performance
- **Sales Duties**:

- Identifying and approaching potential clients and partners to generate new business
- Managing the entire sales process, from lead generation to closure
- Conducting client meetings and presentations to explain our product offerings and unique benefits
- Collaborating with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives
- Providing clients with product knowledge and installation guidance, including on-site visits when necessary
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and close sales deals
- Creative thinker with an eye for design and branding, as well as strong analytical skills
- Willingness to travel and work collaboratively with a results-driven team
