Akkad Consultants is an Architecture Consultancy based in Abu Dhabi. As we continue to expand our presence in the market, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Market Analysis and Research**:Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Utilize industry connections to gather insights and stay informed about emerging opportunities.
**Lead Generation and Prospecting**:Leverage existing industry connections to generate leads and expand the client base.
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and partnerships within the architecture and design community.
**Client Relationship Management**:Utilize personal and professional connections to strengthen relationships with existing clients.
Act as a bridge between the company and industry stakeholders, fostering strong collaborations.
**Proposal Development and Presentation**:Prepare compelling proposals and presentations that highlight industry connections and address client needs.
Effectively communicate the company's value proposition, leveraging industry relationships to secure new business opportunities.
**Collaboration with Project Teams**:Facilitate communication between industry partners and internal project teams.
Ensure a seamless transition from business development to project delivery, incorporating industry insights into project strategies.
**Budget and Forecasting**:Develop and manage the business development budget, allocating resources strategically.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports, considering industry trends and connections.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development within the architecture or design industry.
- Established network and connections within the architecture and design community.
- Strong understanding of architectural services and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
