**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Planning & Market Research**:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential growth opportunities and new target markets.
- Develop business strategies that align with Salmontini's goals and objectives, focusing on increasing revenue and market share.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and local regulations across the UAE.
**Sales & Revenue Generation**:
- Design and implement business development plans aimed at increasing footfall, boosting revenue, and driving profitability across all Salmontini outlets.
- Develop relationships with corporate clients, hotels, event venues, and other partners to generate bulk orders, catering opportunities, and loyalty programs.
- Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and driving results through targeted initiatives.
**Brand Representation & Networking**:
- Represent Salmontini at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and cultivate partnerships.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align promotional campaigns with business development goals, ensuring consistency in brand messaging.
**Financial Management & Budgeting**:
- Develop and manage the business development budget, ensuring efficient use of resources while delivering maximum ROI.
- Negotiate contracts, manage supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with budgetary requirements.
**Leadership & Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Marketing, HR, and Finance, to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior business development team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of successfully identifying, securing, and growing business opportunities.
- Strong understanding of the UAE market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic will be considered an advantage.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and financial planning.
**Skills & Competencies**:
- In-depth knowledge of market dynamics, customer trends, and competitor activities in the F&B industry.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in cross-functional team collaboration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
- High level of business ethics and integrity.
