- **Operational Collaboration**:

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with client expectations.

- Prepare regular reports on sales, market trends, and performance metrics.
- Use analytics to refine strategies and improve business outcomes.
- **Compliance and Ethical Practices**:

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare services, regulations, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
