The Sales Coordinator assists the sales team with administrative tasks, communicates with customers, and helps manage sales processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Admin Support**:

- Help with scheduling, meetings, and organizing sales documents.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities.
- Customer Communication:

- Answer customer inquiries and gather feedback.
- Coordinate with other departments to solve customer issues.
- Coordinate with Colleagues for stock, and delivery and follow company rules and regulations.

**Sales Process Management**:

- Assist in lead generation and closing deals.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports.
- Prepare Quotation
- Monitor The Stock on Hand
- Prepare Tax Invoice

**Sales Support**:

- Prepare sales materials and assist with sales forecasts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

**IT support**:

- Answering employee questions regarding computer systems
- Gathering and analyzing data to diagnose problems with computer systems
- Changing configurations, settings, and permissions to fix computer issues
- Generating sign-ins for new hires during the onboarding process
- Installing new software and hardware drivers and updating existing ones as needed
- Updating employees on the status of their service requests
- Logging all service requests and updating tickets as needed

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience in sales support or customer service.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Wintrade software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Admin: 3 years (required)
- I.T.: 2 years (required)
- BUILDING MATERIALS: 2 years (required)
