**What We’re Looking For**
- A Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field, reflecting a commitment to excellence and a solid foundation in Revenue Management.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in revenue management, pricing, or distribution, showcasing a proven track record of success in Optimising Revenue and Driving Profitability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling effective analysis of market data, trends, and revenue performance.
- The ability to work both Independently and Collaboratively as part of a Team, embodying strong Leadership Qualities and Organisational Acumen.
- Proven experience in connecting new Distribution Channels and assessing the performance of existing channels, showcasing a Visionary Approach to Continuous Improvement and Expansion.
- Demonstrates proficiency in Industry-Leading Revenue Management Systems (e.g., Opera, Travel Click, or similar) for pricing, inventory, distribution management, and rate parity checks.
- Computer literacy, with a mastery of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook for data analysis and reporting.
- A Proactive Nature with a meticulous Eye for Detail, complemented by the ability to Multitask effectively in a Fast-Paced Environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, leveraging strong verbal and written skills to engage effectively with Guests, FIVE Tribe Members, and stakeholders.
- Next-Level Organisational and Leadership skills, effectively leading and inspiring the FIVE Tribe to New Heights.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collaborates with visionary Revenue Leaders to craft revenue plans, refine pricing strategies, and spearhead Distribution Optimisation Initiatives that set the Gold Standard in the Industry.
- Conducts meticulous Competitor Analysis, employing a keen eye to Inform Pricing Strategies and secure a Distinctive Market Positioning.
- Identifies and Capitalises on emerging Market Trends, contributing to the creation of bespoke Revenue Growth Opportunities.
- Assists in the Development of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses, playing a vital role in Supporting Meticulous Financial Planning.
- Prepares Comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly Revenue Reports with a ‘FIVE-Star’ Touch, meticulously Tracking Performance Metrics.
- Harnesses the power of advanced Business Intelligence tools to Analyse Data, identifying performance variances for proactive, next-level Decision-Making.
- Ensures Precision in month-end Reporting and Conducts thorough Invoice Reconciliation, upholding the Commitment to Consistency.
- Develops and Maintains Reporting Dashboards and Presentations that exemplify clarity in communicating insights.
- Reviews and Optimises both Online and Offline Distribution Channels, maximising Performance with a Disruptive Approach.
- Analyses Channel Data with a Visionary Mindset, Recommending strategies for Enhanced Efficiency and Revenue Generation.
- Implements Targeted Promotions that not only Boost Bookings through Brand Channels but also Drive Revenue Growth.
